About the Instructor 

Master Gary Simmons is a 7th Dan World Taekwondo (WT) black belt, with over 30 years experience as a professional Taekwondo martial arts instructor and coach. He's the Senior Chief Instructor of the Shire Martial Arts black belt school in Sydney Australia, which he founded in 1995. 

During the course of his teaching career, Master Gary has taught Martial Arts and Non-violent self defence to thousands of people.
